Marc's Word

Dear All,

Here we are already in the final quarter of the year, and it is with great pleasure that I share a few words with you in this October newsletter, a period marked by significant developments and large-scale projects across several complementary areas within our group.

First and foremost, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Group Human Resources Director, Aline Mahieux. Her arrival marks an important milestone in the group’s commitment to supporting our growth and transformation. As you know, our ambition is "One Smile," one of the key pillars of our strategic plan "Open Up." It’s quite a challenge in a multi-brand and multicultural group, but one that Aline is ready to tackle! You can read her exclusive interview in this issue, where she shares her vision for talent development, a critical driver of our collective success.

In a constantly evolving and increasingly demanding market for us, digital service companies, our offerings and expertise must always be questioned and enhanced. This is why, among other things, our Data offering has become a true strategic pillar of our development plan. In a world increasingly driven by data, we had to be ambitious. The integration of  Synotis in Switzerland two years ago and the strengthening of our teams and capabilities in France to better meet our clients’ needs are major assets. In this regard, we are offering a special focus on this sector with an interview with  Jérémie Le Meur, who joined us in the second quarter to lead our Data operations in the Paris region. His expertise and energy will be key to consolidating our position in this market.

Finally, I am particularly proud to announce the publication of our new CSR Charter. Being a responsible company and showcasing it to our clients through our responsible digital offering is at the core of our priorities. This charter represents a strong commitment from the group to more sustainable and responsible practices. It is another fundamental pillar of our Open Up plan, and I count on each of you to embody it in your daily actions.

Beyond this charter, you will also find in this issue a description of new initiatives that will give us all a reason to Smile! These include a new action from the Smile Ukraine Solidarity association, the publication of Smile France's new disability agreement, and a recap of the European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW).

This edition highlights three essential dimensions of our future: our talents, our strategic offerings, and our societal commitment. Together, we are building a strong, engaged company with a clear focus on the future.

Happy reading,

Marc Palazon
