Rayene: Can you introduce yourself?

Yannis: My name is Yannis MANSOUR, I am 34 years old, and got recently married. I am fortunate to live in Courbevoie, very close to the SMILE offices in Asnières, which we will be joining with the entire Alter Way team starting in September!

Very sportive, I enjoy running, padel, and basketball. If you're looking for a partner, I'd be delighted 😉

Rayene: A few words about your professional background?

Yannis: My professional background is rather atypical. I come from the world of communication, but I was quickly swept up in the whirlwind of entrepreneurship. Catering, coworking, event planning, graphic design – I have worked in many fields before turning to IT in 2019 by creating a service company.

Since then, I have held managerial positions, the latest being at a data pure player based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Rayene: How did you come to join Smile?

Yannis: I met Véronique Torner who convinced me to join Alter Way and its ambitious challenge. I also had the opportunity to talk with Ludovic Perdrijat and Jean-Philippe Balança, who both shared their motivation and plans for the Group with me.

Rayene: What are your main missions and what are the challenges of your position?

Yannis: The mission letter I received from Véronique is to energize Alter Way's consulting activity. Bringing new ideas and generating growth by infusing new energy is the challenge I have chosen to take on with them.
