Synotis News
2023 was a year rich in events at Synotis.
We focused on two development axes :
1) The organization:
We worked on the delegation of responsibilities through numerous workshops organized by our team members, leading to the implementation of two new roles within our organization: Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Practice Leads (PLs).
CSM: Serves as the privileged and operational point of contact for a client.
PL: Takes on the role of overseeing a selection of 'practices'; serves as the primary point of contact for any questions related to their domain.
2) Team cohesion:
Conducted team-building activities with the employees;
Organized a barbecue in June;
Privatized a restaurant for the Christmas meal with the presence of Jean-Philippe Balança. The honey gift boxes were highly appreciated. We took the opportunity to organize a Secret Santa for the first time for those who wished to participate.
